A safe, sound school structure is the first step to providing students with a quality learning environment and a brighter future.
Create Water, Sanitation & Hygiene
In the WASH program, PoP build bathrooms, distribute water filters and educate students and communities on healthy behaviours. They believe that providing safe, clean infrastructure, coupled
with knowledge on hygiene, are essential for keeping kids healthy, happy and in school.
Give Teacher Support
Pencils of Promise are changing the way teachers are supported and trained on an ongoing basis to ensure that students are learning effectively. PoP uses innovative teaching methods and technologies such as Digital Learning and Social Emotional Learning to create engaging, child-centred learning environments in full alignment with national curricula and standards.
